MyHerbalSpot.com (“we”, “us”) is the private website of Dan Peled, an independent Herbalife Distributor. It is not an official Herbalife website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.myherbalspot.com, why we collect it and what choices you have.

- Contact forms: when you send a form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, country and message. A copy of each form email is stored on our website server for up to 90 days.
- Chat: if you use the website chat (Zendesk) or the chatbot (Zapier), the messages and any details you choose to share are processed by those providers so we can answer you.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data: Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.
- Security: our security tools (Wordfence, and Google reCAPTCHA on pages with forms) process your IP address and browser information to block spam and attacks.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and help you with Herbalife membership or registration.
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass the details you send us on this website to Herbalife.
Registering with Herbalife
Registration as a Herbalife customer or Distributor takes place on Herbalife’s own website, under Herbalife’s privacy policy. When you register with Dan Peled as your sponsor, Herbalife shares your contact and membership details with Dan so he can support you. We use those details only to help you as your sponsor.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country.

How long we keep information
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to answer you and follow up on your request, and no longer than 90 days, unless you become a customer or Distributor with Dan as your sponsor or the law requires otherwise.
