membership program has changed.
New customers can now join the free Herbalife Wellness Rewards program or
upgrade to an annual Wellness Rewards VIP membership. VIP Members begin at the
Bronze level and can progress to Silver and Gold as their cumulative qualifying
product purchases increase.
The updated program offers clearly defined discount levels, Rewards Points,
free samples with qualifying orders and additional opportunities to save through
subscriptions, referrals and member promotions.
What Is Herbalife Wellness Rewards VIP?
Herbalife Wellness Rewards VIP is an optional paid membership for U.S.
customers who purchase Herbalife products for their own or household use.
It is intended for customers who want access to immediate product discounts
and additional membership benefits without becoming an Independent Distributor.
The annual VIP membership fee is $19.95. Once the fee is paid,
the customer begins as a Bronze VIP Member and receives the
applicable Bronze benefits immediately.
The membership remains valid for 12 months and is renewed annually. Program
benefits, prices and terms may be changed by Herbalife, so customers should

How the Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels Work
Every new paid VIP membership begins at the Bronze level. Your level can
increase as your cumulative qualifying product spend grows:

A major advantage of the updated structure is that the qualifying purchase
amounts are cumulative. There is no fixed qualification period in which you
must reach the next level. Once a level is achieved, the discount remains
available as long as the VIP membership remains active and is renewed.
Example: A Bronze VIP Member does not have to spend $500 in
one order or within one month. Qualifying purchases accumulate over time
until the Silver threshold is reached.
Benefits of Becoming a Wellness Rewards VIP Member
Immediate VIP savings
Paid VIP Members begin receiving a tier-based product discount as soon as
their membership is activated. Bronze begins at 15%, Silver provides 25% and
Gold provides 35% off the suggested retail price on eligible products.
Rewards Points on purchases
Members can earn Rewards Points through eligible purchases and other qualifying
program activity. Available Points can be redeemed for eligible discounts and
rewards through the Herbalife Wellness Rewards program.
A free sample with qualifying orders
Bronze, Silver and Gold VIP Members are eligible to receive one complimentary
sample with qualifying orders. This benefit is not limited to Gold Members.
Additional points on subscription orders
Subscribe & Earn orders can provide additional Rewards Points based on the
